Sculpture, finance and committees

The statue was made, and such a large statue would certainly not have been made in a day. And it is certain that the financiers alone did not make this statue on their own. If the financiers also prepare, then the first idea that comes to mind is that these financiers will not have their own will but someone will be supervising them. And someone who is supervising them must have been instructed by someone. That is what will be direct. And whoever directed it will definitely be in touch with some decision maker.

There is no denying the fact that no matter how much you whip up the folds of thought, there is no denying the fact that such a massive sculpture, a sample of fiber art, a sample of abstract art, a sculpture or anything, was not just a matter of finances. Nor was it hidden in curtains or planted in a clump of trees so that no one could see it.

The statue was erected in a busy place, which is a sign that it was definitely decided to install this statue first. Then there are definitely some decision makers who have decided to put this decision into practice. Then the guide would have been issued and then the instructor would have lined up the supervisors. Then it must have been the turn of the poor.

It was decided that if the statue was to be installed, there would have been a mention about the funds and when the matter had reached the supervisor from different stairs, the supervisor would have said in a conciliatory voice, "Sir! Circumstances have changed and become very thin, so why not make a sculpture yourself instead of having it done by an expert sculptor. It is not far-fetched that the services of a commercial shopkeeper of fiber have been hired, who are considered to be experts in making lions, horses, oxen, goats and buffaloes at the main doors of markets, squares, highways and houses. And this poor man must have tried his best to make the statue good.

But what is the purpose of the financiers to strike a hammer to make a statue, to break as many stones as it takes to break? And where and how to hit the scales so that the impressions emerge from the scales as if they belong to the sculptor who is closer to reality. So the right hand was struck upside down, and a miracle was prepared.

Coincidentally, not everyone from the supervisor to the director would have seen the statue, nor would it have been in the circle of permission to install it. It's just a matter of getting the job done. And as soon as the work was done, a model was installed in the park. It was rumored that the word reached the social media pedestrians and then someone shouted something, someone put up a piece to find out which thing spread like wildfire. Someone got ridiculed, someone got angry. Somewhere on Twitter and somewhere on Facebook, bad departments and officials were told. As a result, it was heard that the PHA and the authorities have tried to deal with the issue in such a way that not only has the work of removing the statue been carried out, but now a very high statue will definitely be installed. Debris has fallen on the poor financiers that this statue was made by the financiers and installed by them.

Here are two questions. Is the park renovation authority so ignorant that its officials make a decision of their own accord, put this decision into practice and then hang this garment prominently in the park and this institution remains unaware? Then it is not better to send all the responsible persons home and hand over the authority to these financiers only that if they have not made a masterpiece sculpture today, they may have made a masterpiece with constant effort.

And secondly, what funds were used for the sculpture? Did the financiers do the work of sculpting with their own help? And can an employee of fifteen to twenty thousand financially afford the luxury of installing this statue inside the park at his own expense? If this is the case then they are financially guilty and they should have a departmental purse. But these employees cannot and should not be made scapegoats anyway.

Anyone who has been a part of the whole process (from the decision to the installation of the statue to its installation (especially the decision makers)) should present the line and the cost incurred in making the model from the public or authority treasury. In addition to receiving fines from the pockets of the makers, they should have show cause notices, warning letters, or any kind of interrogation so that at least they go through the stage of humiliation that they have done wrong. And from the decision to make the statue to its installation, whoever neglected his duties and turned a blind eye, he should definitely make sense by bringing the line.

Another tragedy is that most of the employees in these authorities are lower class people and in most cases they are day laborers, so what can we expect from them to make these masterpieces. But there is a strong possibility that any action on this artistic negligence will be credited with the installation of a new statue. The matter will hardly go beyond notices, committees, or inquiries, and even if Shumai's fortunes increase, wait for a few financiers to be fired and the rest will be fine
